After a recent trip to Sephora, I ended up coming home with the Tarte Jewelry Box ($52). I had been wanting a good quality makeup set for a while and was debating on this or the blockbuster. I chose this set because its natural, more pigmented than the blockbuster, and the colors were much more wearable. The blockbuster was disappointing because although it was cheaper ($48) and the selection of colors was much bigger than this set, it wasn't very pigmented at all. I could not be happier with this choice! :)
Here are a couple of snapshots for those of you interested in this product:

Very cute packaging, and the jewelry is even detachable
and can be worn as a necklace!

Eyeshadows:

The top image shows the awesome selection of shimmery eyeshadows!
The bottom image shows all matte eyeshadows. I'm in love with the navy blue
matte on the bottom left and the brown matte on the right. These eyeshadows make
amazing smokey eyes. They smudge and blend together nicely, so
make sure you use an eye primer before applying theses.

Highlighter/Bronzer & Lipsticks:

I was VERY impressed by these lipsticks. Most palettes do
not offer quality lipsticks. These lipsticks are very pigmented
and are gorgeous when mixed together. I absolutely suggest
using a lip primer and applying with a lipbrush for best results.
Bronzer & Highlighter: I'm so used to drugstore bronzers
so this was a treat to try out. The product is very light and airy,
so your skin can breathe. The highlighter in this kit allows for the same
affect. Although, I don't think it would have much use to someone with
dark skin. I'm pretty pale so its the perfect shade for me. I couple this
highlighter by using a cream based highlighter and then applying.

Eyeliners:
Last but not least - eyeliners! Im not a fan of pencil
eyeliners (I usually use the twist up eyeliner pens because
I can never find a sharpener for the life of me!) I think
I will be using these more to create smokey eyes because of
their smudging abilities.

This product is only available for a limited period of time. It was introduced for the holiday season this year so I suggest you pick one up for yourself soon!
I'll probably be posting some looks using this set soon so keep an eye out! <3
